What do I need before purchasing the plugin?
You’ll need access credentials from Realtor.ca / CREA DDF. That means either Web API details (Client ID and Client Secret) or RETS credentials (username and password). Without these, your website won’t be able to connect to the MLS feed.
What are the technical requirements for my website?
To ensure the plugin runs smoothly, please make sure your hosting meets the following minimum requirements:

Where is my data stored?
All listing data is imported directly to your own website server, not ours. That’s why it’s important to use a stable and reliable hosting provider with a suitable plan to handle regular MLS updates.
What if I want to cancel?
We get it! Realtie is a no-commitment membership, so you can cancel anytime. You’ll also have a 5-day free trial to fully test the plugin before your first charge.
Does it work with Divi, Elementor, Astra, and other themes or builders?
Yes, the plugin works smoothly with all popular WordPress themes and page builders, including Divi, Elementor, and Astra. However, it is not compatible with themes that already have built-in real estate functionality, such as Houzez or WP Residence.
Do I get free updates and lifetime access after purchasing?
You’ll have full access to the plugin and regular updates for as long as your license remains active. If you cancel your subscription, your listings will stop updating and the plugin will be deactivated.
