WordPress plugin for CREA DDF® feeds
Your MLS® listings on your WordPress site. Always up to date.
Realtie imports your CREA DDF® listings as real pages on your own domain and keeps them synced automatically. New, updated and sold, without lifting a finger.
How it works
From install to live listings in an afternoon.
01
Install the plugin
Upload Realtie to your WordPress site and paste your licence key. It works with the theme you already have.
02
Connect your DDF® feed
Authorize Realtie in your REALTOR Link® data feed settings. The setup guide walks you through it screen by screen.
03
Listings import and stay synced
Fields map automatically, photos come in, and a schedule keeps prices and status current. Removed listings are cleaned up for you.
The plugin
Listing import that runs itself.
One job, done properly: get CREA DDF® listings onto your WordPress site and keep them right.

Automatic DDF® sync
Scheduled imports add new listings, update prices and status, and remove listings that leave the feed.
Built for SEO
Every listing is a real page on your domain that Google can index. No iframes, no borrowed URLs.
Smart field mapping
DDF® fields map to your site automatically. CAD pricing, sq ft or m², and Canadian provinces by default.
Search, map and listing pages
Filters by city, price, beds and property type, a map view, and clean single-listing pages with photos.
Lead forms on every listing
“Ask about this home” requests go straight to your inbox, from your own site.
7-day safety net
If a payment fails, listings stay live for 7 days. After that they are paused, never deleted, and come back on renewal.
Organic SEO
Your listings. Your domain. Your Google traffic.
Many listing tools show properties inside an iframe or on someone else’s site, so the search credit goes elsewhere. Realtie imports each listing into WordPress as its own page, so the content lives on your website.
- Indexable pages with clean URLs like yourrealty.ca/property/45-cedar-ridge-way
- Fresh content every day as new listings arrive and prices change
- Works with your SEO plugin, like Yoast or Rank Math, for titles and sitemaps

Questions
Good questions, straight answers
Do I need to be a REALTOR® to use Realtie?
Yes. CREA DDF® data feeds are available to CREA members and their brokerages. You (or your brokerage) create the feed in CREA’s member portal with your REALTOR® membership; salespeople may need their broker’s permission. Realtie can’t create the feed for you, but the setup guide shows you how.
How does Realtie help my SEO?
Listings are imported into WordPress as real pages on your own domain, not shown in an iframe. Search engines can index them, and your site gets fresh content every time the feed updates.
What’s the difference between the two plans?
The plugin is identical. Plugin + Support adds priority help from a person: step-by-step help setting up your feed, mapping fields and fixing theme conflicts, all by email.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. Add done-for-you setup ($199 one-time) at checkout, on any plan. It is charged once with your first payment, including during the free trial. We install Realtie, guide you through connecting your DDF® feed (you paste your own CREA credentials; we never ask for them), map your fields and run your first import. If we have not started your setup yet, we refund the fee in full when you ask.
Will it work with my current WordPress theme?
It works with most modern WordPress themes. Try it free for 5 days to check, or choose Plugin + Support and we help sort out any conflicts.
What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?
Imported listings stay live for 7 days. After that they are hidden as drafts, never deleted, and come back automatically when you renew. Listings you added by hand are never touched.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
